Refund policy

At Herb Terra, our 60-day satisfaction guarantee is the heart of how we serve direct customers. If a Herb Terra formula does not earn its place in your routine, write to our care team within 60 days of your order and we refund the full product price.

Who is covered (direct orders only)

This guarantee applies to direct orders placed on herbterra.com or herbterra.my. Marketplace orders (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and others), wholesale orders, and resold products are handled by those channels' own policies. If you bought from a third party, please contact them for returns.

How the 60 days work

The 60-day window starts on the day your direct order ships. We recommend trying any new supplement for at least three weeks (most active ingredients need that long to show real effect), then deciding.

How to claim a refund

Email hello@herbterra.com with your order number and a short note about your experience. One sentence is enough. Our care team replies within one business day, Singapore time.

What we refund

We refund the full product price to your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days. Keep the bottle. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or defective in transit.

Damaged or defective orders

If a direct order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace the product or refund in full, including shipping.

Fair use

The guarantee is one refund per product, per customer, on direct orders. It covers a fair first try, not repeat purchases of the same SKU. Bulk and wholesale orders are out of scope. We reserve the right to decline refunds on orders that show patterns of abuse so this guarantee stays fair for everyone.

Important notes

  • Products must be returned within 6 months of their expiration date when a physical return is requested.
  • Refunds are processed after our care team reviews your request.
  • This policy applies to direct orders placed on or after 11 May 2026. Earlier orders fall under the previous policy.
