Our Return Policy
Herb Terra accepts returns only for defective products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with taste, smell, or personal preference.

Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@herbterra.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name and batch number (if visible)
- Clear photos of the defective product
- Detailed description of the defect
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Do not return any products without prior authorization. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Step 3: Return Shipping
Once you receive your RA number:
- Package the product securely in its original packaging (if available)
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization email
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect was due to our error
Refund Processing
Eligible Returns: Products that meet our defective product criteria will receive a full refund of the product price.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned after 30 days from purchase date
- Products without manufacturing defects
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Products returned without proper authorization
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Important Notes
- Expiration Dates: Products must be returned within 6 months of their expiration date
